Perfect for individuals looking to train for a specific event or aiming to achieve a goal within a specific time frame. A once off payment is required prior to the start of your program.

45 min initial consultation

Personalised program suited to your goals and training needs 

Broken down into 4 week blocks containing testing sessions and deload/recovery weeks

Access to the Exercise Library to learn about techniques and exercise terminology

Mental resilience and stretching/mobility training incorporated into your program



A 30min follow up consultation (for an additional $30) is available, if you would like to adapt your program to your varying needs during the course of your once off program.
