Silver: $35 per week

What's included: 

  • Initial 45 min consultation 
  • Fortnightly coaching calls (20 mins) and adjustment to program
  • 8 week minimum commitment
  • Access via WhatsApp to Coach Meg, 8:00-18:00, Monday-Friday
  • Access to Exercise Library 
  • Program structured into 4 week blocks, including testing and deload weeks
  • Mental resilience and stretching/mobility training incorporated into your program




*payment will be paid via direct debit once a week

*7 days notice cancellation period is required 

*you are able to pause your subscription for up to 4 weeks

* If you choose to opt out of initial the 8 weeks, a $30 penalty fee applies 

*24 hours notice is required for cancellation of  consultation or coaching calls, otherwise a $10 penalty fee applies
