About coach meg

My mission

As someone who has always loved fitness,  I truly understand the power of fitness and sport to change lives.  I have experience across several sporting disciplines such as running, Hyrox/hybrid training, cycling and strength training.  


As a qualified personal trainer (Cert III and IV in Fitness), I have worked with clients to fully understand the essential components of fitness and how to best approach their fitness journey. My goal is to guide and educate you to achieve your fitness goals, whether you are a newcomer to the gym or a seasoned athlete. Fitness should never be intimidating, so let me help you to push yourself to achieve your goals.

We offer a variety of online personal training programs. Choose between continuous 1:1 coaching or a once off program to suit your training goal. An included initial consultation will ensure your coaching needs are met and that a clear action plan is established.

Although we are an online fitness platform, there is no need to stress over technique and exercise form. You will have access to an exercise library  that has links to video explanations of technique and fitness terminology. If you follow the 1:1 programs, you can contact Coach Meg via WhatsApp about any exercise technique questions.

We know that staying motivated can be tough. That's why we offer ongoing support for 1:1 coaching  to help you stay on track through weekly or fortnightly coaching calls and Mon-Fri access to WhatsApp with Coach Meg.

Coach Meg has experience welcoming newcomers to the gym and teaching the exercise essentials. However, if you are a seasoned athlete looking to elevate your performance, don't hesitate to join Stride.
